Logic dictates that Horsepoint should have a camouflage-themed pony; illogic dictates that it should be the flavour of camouflage that I personally like best. So glorious thanks to VictoriousEndeavours and allisondellue for between them making and gifting me a Swiss Army Horse import based on urban camouflage! ♥ It only took me about half a year to make his ref. OTL The background is implied to be somewhere admittedly unspecified in the Romanian Carpathians (the Făgăraș mountains would make sense, since that's where the winter warfare camp is), because semi-snowy rocks is one of the few other places urban camo would be effective. Frankly it would probably be more effective there. xD

Info: Brigadier is an incredibly serious stallion. Incredibly. He has virtually no sense of humour at all, and so in the way of the army has largely unknowingly become the butt of a great many jokes as a vent for any frustrated anti-general-officer sentiment. "Mucking out the brigadier" was the start of it, and things went downhill from there, really. To be fair to him - and many brigadiers - apart from the lack of a single funny bone in his body, he doesn't technically deserve it. He's hard-working to a fault, precise, and sensible. He's also highly intelligent, in a work way rather than a personal way, and brave. His closest equine companion is Khalilah as they are similar in many personality traits; many of the others he doesn't get along so well with. Umbrus and Eisbrecher find his colour bizarre; he shares aloofness with Argo, but they both find each others' colouring bordering on the embarrassing; Machaon likes him, but then Machaon likes everyone, and he hurts Brigadier's eyes anyway; Kristallstern he just finds offensive. He's much better inclined towards humans, and behaves impeccably around them; he has eventually been trained not to bare his teeth at every friendly horse he doesn't like.

Brigadier, similarly to Khalilah, has taken Horsepoint as his trusted regiment. He's a bit miffed that he hasn't got one single person to bond with, but the staff and experienced horses (the latter with more success than the former) have tried to impress upon him his future intended purpose as an Actual Warhorse on the front line, where he might well have a designated handler, and this has mollified him for the time being. Name jokes aside, he is greatly valued by the staff for his skills and work ethic, and has been doing dressage for cavalry and cross country with great success, and is one of the only horses to do both mountain rescue and winter warfare.

Like Dreadnought, he can't be bribed with anything.
